Tewkesbury Register, Saturday 18th February 1933 – Winchcombe Licensing Sessions: Superintendent Weyman said that he was not desirious of referring any licence for compensation unless it was the will of the Bench and, after consideration, Supt. Weyman gave formal notice that he should make an objection to the renewal of the licence at the Saw Pit, Greet at an adjourned meeting on the 24th February.


Gloucestershire Echo, Monday 11th February 1935: The compensation money having been paid, the Sawpit Inn, Littleworth, Greet, was closed on 29th September 1934.
